The Programs
In four hours you will learn how to get more done in less time, in your office!

Maynard Rolston
This is the philosophy Maynard Rolston has been using his whole consulting career. Maynard has been teaching Executives and their employees for over twenty years how to get more done by improving their organization and management skills. You will learn how to improve their communication skills and better manage e-mail. You will also learned how to delegate more effectively, better manage themselves and spend less time in meetings. As the result, they get more done in less time and work less hours. He does this two ways, individually and by conducting workshops.
1. Individual
Maynard Rolston works personally with each individual. This four hour session takes place in your office during normal business hours. Together, we implement the program that shows you how to improve your organization and management skills. You will learn how to manage paper, e-mail and the telephone more effectively. You will also learn how to delegate more effectively, reduce interruptions and spend less time in meetings and improve your calendar management..
After the session you will have learned and implemented the techniques that will have you getting more done in less time and work fewer hours. This technique produces a significant increase in personal productivity You can then teach these techniques to your employees.
2. Group Workshops
A. One Hour Program. This program is a shortened version of the two hour program. It covers the fundamentals is ideally suited for luncheon talks or break out room programs at conventions.
B. Two Hour Program. This workshop is a “hands on” demonstration .... not a lecture. This program is designed for groups up to 20 people. You will learn how increase your productivity by learning how to manage paper, e-mail and telephone effectively. You will also learn the other techniques on how to get more done in less time, forever! Handouts are included.
C. Three Hour Program. This program is designed for no more than five people. One of the five will be selected to be the one whose work area we will implement the process. The first hour of the program covers the fundamentals of the program. Then the group under Maynard’s guidance goes to the volunteer’s work area and together they implement the program. This program generates a high percentage of change for all those involved. Handouts are included.
3. Business Process Improvement (BPI) Programs
I personally work with the Department Heads and the employees that are doing the work. We review the processes and procedures and eliminate those unnecessary or wasteful procedures. When something needs to be changed, the appropriate people are contacted for approval, then we make the change. At the end of the project you are provided with a report outlining the recommendations, many of which have already been made. I fine this approach gets the best results for the client
