“In box full of e-mails? Desk covered with paper? Working too many hours?” Learn the mgmt & organization skills that show you how to get more done in less time!

Read this book or hire me! Learn how to get more work done in less
   time and enjoy life more!

I have been a management consultant for over twenty five years and
have taught hundreds of managers and their employees how to improve
their Management and Organization skills. “Time Management is an
Oxymoron, you cannot manage time, but you can manage yourself!”

How do you get more done in less time? By increasing a person’s
concentration? How? By reducing their distractions. Reducing
distractions increases concentration which in turn increases productivity

A few years ago I decided to put in writing what I have been teaching
people for years; how to improve your organization skills.! This book
shows you how to manage paper, e-mail, the telephone, people and
   yourself effectively!

Time Management is an Oxymoron is an easy read. Written
in story format and based on my true experiences. This book offers
numerous helpful tips on how to improve your management and
   organization skills.

With the knowledge gained from this easy-to-read book, you will:

  • Improve your Management skills.
  • Improve your Organization skills.
  • Spend less time in meetings.
  • Manage your e-mail better.
  • Get more done and enjoy life more.

                             Working longer hours

Why are more and more managers and employees not getting their
work done on time? Why are more managers and employees spending
long hours in the office, less time at home and experiencing increased
   stress and burn out?

                             What Happened?

It started in the 90’s when company executives realized that employee
costs were too high and reacted by reducing the number of employees.
This downsizing has been occurring for the last several years and is still
going on. Guess what didn’t decrease, the workload! I believe that
today’s managers and employees must have better organized skills and
be more productive in order to survive in today’s workplace.
